🍇 Hailing from the South of France on the Mediterranean Sea, Domaine la Colombette has crafted a special blush cuvée from 100% Grenache. Grapes from oldest vines are “bled,” while those from younger vines are pressed. The result is an insanely quaffable.

🐠Pairing Tip: While a satisfying quaffer on its own, “Notorious Pink” would pair wonderfully with seafood 🦞, grilled vegetables 🥗, pasta 🍝 and poultry dishes.

𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗗 (𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰): Color: Bright, lemony yellow with hints of gold. Nose: Citrus and exotic spicy fruits. Palate: Grapefruit, vanilla, and cinnamon, with salt on the finish. This wine pairs well with Thai food, poultry or as an aperitif with friends.

𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗢𝗡𝗘 (𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝗿): Color: Dark purple with hints of blue. Nose: Red and black fruits. Palate: Red and black fruits and notes of minerals and biscuit.
